Rates - All rates are in Thai Baht.

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, JCB, Maestro are accepted. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Thai Baht.

Cancellation - If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Check out time - Check out time is at 12:00. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, excluding breakfast, excluding taxes, excluding service charge.
